I'm so so so sorry about how late I am to respond to this! Life just got so busy lately that I haven't had time!^__^ Though that is still no excuse.
How have you been?! I hope that you have had fun!^__^
I've been good today we had Field Day and it was so awsome! The seniors rigde it so they would win but my class(by class I mean grade) came in second! We rulled the gym floor!^__^
School started on wednesday the 4th for me! Ohh and tomorrow we have our yearly dance tomorrow and I'm a excited! I'm glad you had fun at the sleepover!
I can't put my stuff on MT only because I don't have the right stuff to do that, plus I don't like my work and I haven't done anything new in forever and my sister erased all of my old stuff I slmost cried! But I guess I have to forgive her so I did!
I did good on my chemistry exam but everything else was not so good and I still haven't gotten my report card so I don't know what I got!
Yah the christmas party was fun! I ate more there than I did with my own family!^__^

O_O omigosh, the mods have totally lots of work to do. especially, since there are members who are totally active in sending in reports lol.. ive slowed down a bit on sending in reports tho cause i hadnt much time to surf thru MT much anymore i mostly deal with all my notifs first and only then, when i have extra time will i browse thru the gallery and the forums. but that seems almost impossible with all my notifs. seems like there's no end for my notifs TT__TT *cries* lol but then again, i cant complain cause i love getting notifs X) just that it does take me alot of time to finish replying to all of them...

Sooo... tell me, how was the convention? hope you found some interesting stuff and all. I really haven't gone to many conventions and expos, but the ones I have been to have completely dissapointed me, lots of crappy stuff and not quite much to see
Well, yes, work was a bit chaotic so in the end I decided to close the last 2 weeks of December, since things would definetely slow down and I was going just insane... the thing is that it is better for me to close down than leave it open, cause when I do that I can't get my mind off of it... plus there is always something that gets screwed while I'm trying to rest and I wind up like I started, al stressed about it

Well, for the holidays I just wanted to chill a bit, take things calmly and stuff... though I wanted to leave town for a while, the thing is that since I bought a car recently I haven't had the chance to save for a trip. But I'm planning on going to Europe for the summer.
Anyways, in the end I managed to have lots of fun partying with friends and all.

I know what you mean its a sad thing but it does happen, as I comented the other day, I am starting to enjoy original works and fanarts but I must say that I have always felt it to be more artistic than walling. Certainly that CGing your doujins would make them look more intense, you should give it a go, it's not that complicated, I gave it a shot for a drawing made by a friend and even it was kinda wrong it didn't completely suck, so I guess that is good for a first try (haven't tried again though... I've been very lazy)... it's rather easy and just getting to know the tools, maybe if I drew I would give it a real shot

Hmmm... I remember you wrote in your description something about the scanning process and the loss of the shading through it, I can suggest that after scanning if you find that the result is 'lighter' than the actual image, you can play with the Brightness/Contrast and recover it, so that you can still do a proper shading at the actual drawing and not mess with that... well that comes to my mind
I do agree with you that when it comes to comments not only the expert opinion has value, since apretiation plays a big part when it comes to drawings and walls.
Ohh... too much episodes for RAVE, maybe I'll give it a check
